How do I book an appointment?

You can book by calling us on 01234 567 890, emailing us, or using the contact form above. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For most treatments, no deposit is required. However, for packages, group bookings and bridal appointments, we may ask for a small deposit to secure your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is on-street parking available near the salon and public car parks within a short walking distance.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or monetary value. They make the perfect present for any occasion. Ask in-salon or contact us to purchase.
